Terms of Service

These terms apply to the Episode Ink service, operated by Musculini Assessoria (Pedro Henrique Musculini), Rua Espírito Santo, 1099, Água Verde, Curitiba, PR 80630-200, Brazil. By subscribing you agree to them.

The service

For each new episode published in the feed of the podcast you register, up to the number of episodes per month included in your plan, we deliver by email a blog post, a newsletter, show notes and five social media posts, with PDF and EPUB copies, usually within 48 hours after the episode is published. Each month's blog posts are also sent collected into one e-book.

Your content and ownership

You confirm that you own or have the right to use the episodes of the show you register. Everything we write for you is yours: you may publish, edit and reuse it without restriction. We may keep internal copies only to deliver and improve your service.

Accuracy and review

We check every piece against the episode transcript, but you are responsible for reviewing content before publishing it. Our content is not legal, medical or financial advice, even when it summarizes episodes on those topics.

Independent service

Episode Ink is not affiliated with, endorsed by or acting for Apple Podcasts, Spotify, the Podcast Index or any podcast hosting platform.

Price, billing and cancellation

• The subscription costs US$ 95 per month for up to 5 episodes, US$ 175 per month for up to 10 episodes or US$ 295 per month for up to 20 episodes, billed in advance through PayPal. Episodes beyond your plan's monthly limit are not covered unless you switch to a bigger plan.
• It renews automatically every month until you cancel.
• Unused episodes don't roll over to the next month.
• You can cancel anytime by replying to any email, writing to hello@episodeink.com or canceling in PayPal. Cancellation stops future charges, and you keep the service until the end of the period already paid.
• We may change the price with at least 30 days' notice by email. The new price applies only from your next billing period after that notice.

Limitation of liability

To the extent allowed by law, our total liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim. We are not liable for lost profits or indirect damages.

Changes

We may update these terms. If a change matters to you, we will tell you by email before it takes effect.
